I was really disappointed. As soon as I walked in, I didn't get any reply with a smile. Hello, good morning. I went to order while wearing business clothes. I was not welcomed like that. I am a person with high energy. It lowered my mood. It was as if I encountered racism while ordering. I did not like a black, tattooed, overweight female friend with glasses.

This earthbar is the most poorly run and managed location I’ve ever encountered. It’s laughable. Horrible employees, horrible products, zero service. The equinox manager is also an ineffective buffoon who focuses more on policing patrons than address the MANY needed repairs in the quickly dilapidating gym

They need to hire more people. I always order 15-20 min ahead and the order is never ready. The guy is doing his best but honestly this place is understaffed
