I recently visited Blue Bottle Coffee at 705 Market St and found it to be just okay. The ambiance is modern and clean, which is nice, but the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. The coffee was decent, but not particularly impressive compared to other specialty coffee spots in the city. The staff was friendly, and the service was efficient, which I appreciated. However, the coffee itself lacked the robust flavor and depth I was expecting from a place with such a strong reputation. It’s a convenient location if you’re in the area and need a caffeine fix, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit again. Overall, an average experience – good, but not great.

Stopping by Blue Bottle on my way to work is my favorite way to start the day. The drinks are always excellent and the staff truly elevates the experience, with Raul and Damon standing out for their exceptional service and darling latte art. I always leave feeling energized and satisfied, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee experience!

Seems like a bit over hyped place. The decor is modern with a Scandinavian feel, but seems like a place people just come to be seen. There is almost no place to sit down. The service was okay, a little slow, and the size of the portions does not quite match the price. The quality of the coffee is average, not the best coffee in town, but far from the worst.

Great coffee. Enjoyed their NOLA shakerato. A bit disappointed with their affogato though. I remember it being better. Still tasty, but wasn’t blown away like I did years ago when I first tried it.

In my quest to try out new coffee shops, I came across Blue Bottle Coffee near my hotel. I hadn’t heard of them before and I almost missed it because the signage is just a small blue bottle. Inside the decor was bright and minimalist. Staff and service was friendly. I tried their Black Cardamom Latte and it was so, so smooth and cardamom wasn’t overpowering (which was what I feared when I ordered). All in all great coffee shop and great coffee!
