This continues to be the worst SG. Slow, unhelpful, online orders are never on time, etc. I wanted an “online only” salad that moved off the menu which they’ve still made for me every other time. I went ahead and placed the online order as requested and now it’s been 35 minutes since my order and 15 minutes past the app pickup time. There have been 3 customers order at the counter in that time. My salad was made at the counter, put in a bag, and never placed on the rack where they specifically told me to wait for it. They made me wait for 35 minutes for no reason as I sat directly in their view and until I asked about it. Avoid this location.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience today. It was my first time at Sweetgreen, and I was excited to try it out. When I placed my order, I noticed the portions seemed very small. I politely asked the staff member to add a bit more rice, and though he added a little, it still seemed inadequate. When it came to the toppings, he only partially filled the scoop. I requested a bit more but was declined, which was disappointing. The bowl looked barely filled, and it only seemed fuller because I had asked for more rice; otherwise, the toppings, like the pickled onions, were quite sparse. When it came to the dressing, he asked if I wanted light, medium, or heavy. I initially said medium, but he informed me it would cost extra, so I changed to light. However, the “light” portion he added was barely noticeable, making the bowl feel even less satisfying. At checkout, I had trouble tapping my card to pay, and when I mentioned it wasn’t working, the staff member sarcastically told me to “read the screen” because I hadn’t skipped the tip option. I felt the response was dismissive, especially when I noticed other customers seemed to receive more generous portions and friendlier service. It left me wondering if this treatment was influenced by my background, as I am from India. This experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan to return to this location. I hope other Sweetgreen locations provide a better experience.

The place was hot even If outside was cold. No water to buy o cup for tap water to drink. Rice was hard and meat was cold and palid, Pesto super oily, tables dirty and sticky , $20usd for this plate doesn’t worth it. Even though I like sweetgreen in general but I didn’t like this one. The lady was super nice and helpful, She tried her best.

Delicious and healthy salad. Everything was great except the price, too expensive and insanely small portion. I was charged $6 for the steak and it was less than 10 tiny little pieces. Hungry afterwards... and 20 dollars short.

I’m a super-regular sweetgreen patron but this location has taken such a dive over the last few months that I’m going to stop coming. Orders are never ready when they’re supposed to be (even after receiving an email saying the order is complete), ingredients are regularly missing, portions are shrinking. The dining room here is almost always messy, all tables and seats are sticky, and the garbage is always overflowing. If this was a one-off incident I wouldn’t be writing anything, but it’s a consistent and significant disappointment. If this spot doesn’t get serious improvements soon, I can’t imagine them staying open much longer.
