It’s fine. You can make the same salad at home for a fraction of the price, it’s kinda a rip off. What I like about this location is there is a small park where you can eat nearby and the staff is super nice.

I’ve been buying salads at this location since it opened (about 8 years ago, I think?) and the people who worked there the first few years were so pleasant and lovely. In the past 3 years the service has become terrible the portions are anemic. It’s really sad. I used to eat here twice a week. My experience this week convinced me never to go back. The restaurant was practically empty and no one made themselves available to take my order and after a few minutes I just walked out. Customers are treated like they are bothering the staff with their existence. It’s unfortunate this place has gone so downhill.

Unexpectedly passionate customer service for a franchise. When I got there the steak wasn’t ready yet, so Rico (the GM) gave me a discount and Anthony (an employee) brought it to my table with extra smiles and friendliness. Plus the food was better quality than DIG around the corner (DIG has gotten to fatty/salty). I work in this neighborhood so will definitely come back. Only complaint was the music volume, but that is my complaint literally everywhere in NYC, so not worth taking a star off for. Was able to work on my laptop for two hours happily fueled by steak and salad, with a readiky available electrical outlet near the bathroom.

I love sweetgreen, but I’ve noticed they’ve started giving you a LOT less salad in the new bowls, see this picture. Pretty frustrating for an already overpriced lunch. EDIT: Removed a star because online ordering has become very inconsistent. I placed an online order today and was unable to include bread, but when I went to the store to pick it up I saw they had plenty. One of the ingredients was also omitted from my salad with "missing" written on the receipt next to that ingredient. Not the first time this has happened. Apparently online ordering come with no promises that you will get what you ordered or even be able to select food items that are actually available.

I love Sweetgreen and the salads here are wonderful. They can modify any order on their menu and you can also create your own customized salads. People working are very friendly and the ambiance is peaceful. The food is really healthy and tasty!
