I love sweet greens. I mean I really love sweet greens. Food is just great BUT delivery has become increasingly atrocious and the customer service reps could care less. Who cares that the courier from this location has not moved in the tracker for 30 minutes since the hand-off and your food is exceedingly late? The customer service standards just keeps getting worse. My time matters and I should be able to rely on the information you provide like time-frames when making the purchase.
