I love sweet greens. I mean I really love sweet greens. Food is just great BUT delivery has become increasingly atrocious and the customer service reps could care less. Who cares that the courier from this location has not moved in the tracker for 30 minutes since the hand-off and your food is exceedingly late? The customer service standards just keeps getting worse. My time matters and I should be able to rely on the information you provide like time-frames when making the purchase.

Great fan of sweetgreen. But this location needs an overhaul. Being a super user of sweetgreen I can literally tell the difference between quality of this location vs others. They mess delivery order all the times. Just ordered and it’s missing sauce. My last order was missing protein add on. Something needs to change at this location

Nasty wait person, after finishing making my salad, did not hand it to me, did not ask if I wanted a bag or a piece of bread. She just left my food on the counter and walked away. If you're looking for courteous service, this is NOT the place!
