Used to be my favorite salad but something is off. Recently I get overcoocked, burned, missing food and wrong quanity. Will not order this year again! Asked for 2 vinegar but only got one. The chicken was completely dried, no way to eat it or the burned sweet potates. The bread felt old. Ordered from Lex and 61 st.

The worst bowl ever, ordered through the App and they take advantage of that. Just look at the pictures is like it was only romaine lettuce, poorly measured toppings, also they have the gust to forget the goat cheese and put the nuts on the side when I didn't ask for it... THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE APP ORDERING TO SERVE YOU INCORRECTLY NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible service and inconsistent portion sizes. It's like there is no management or proper oversight. As a chain like this expands, they need proper controls and management. Sad story about Sweetgreens. Great idea, but terrible execution. Happens way too often...

Sweetgreen used to be my favorite salad place but today was my second bad experience. I can’t eat any cheese and I got a whole serving of some type of cheese i did not order. Unfortunately the cheese was already spread throughout the salad when i sat down to eat it 20 minutes away so I was only able to eat half of it. I also got such little chicken and too much sweet potato when I paid extra for the chicken. I understand there were many orders and this is just a mix up, but this was the day I chose to give sweetgreen a second chance after I got the wrong greens and small portions in my last salad. Hopefully you guys can take this as constructive criticism.

Ordered a buffalo chicken salad online. They didn’t put any chicken in there. I complained on the app and they gave me a $5 credit. When you charge $15 for a salad and don’t provide meat. Wasted so much of my time. And for what it’s worth I am a SweetPass member.
