I've seen a lot of negative reviews, but we really enjoyed our experience here. The service was great, and everything was prepared quickly. The salads were nice and the portions were generous. Definitely recommend it!

If I can only back out I could have been $20 richer still by this time. The guy was rude just rushing me without asking me anything. Not even mixed properly. I do not see this as $20. As much as I wanna complain, he didn’t even asked my account etc. And when I was paying he asked me for a tip. 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨 I just smiled and left a tip. I do not recommend this store I am sorry. I just want a good food, but I don’t see this in its price and the service. Not a good friday for me. Now I don’t see Sweetgreens the same as before again

This is probably some of the worst steak I have had, not to mention looks absolutely nothing like whats advertised. They advertise these slices of well charred steak that look perfectly pink on the inside and this is clearly cubes of steak that aren’t well cooked & not even hot. (I reheated so it looks a little better) For $25 I will not be returning. Yuck!

These two people made me wait for at least 10 mins until one of their teammates told them to make me bowl they was doing online order but they could have stopped for a quick sec . I was the onlyyyy one in line . they was busy talking to each other & not being attentive.

I love the salads. Don't get me wrong. But this was worst service ever. The young lady with the tattoo on her chest (I'll be praying for her) had nasty attitude. I asked her a question about the bowl instead of the bowl she gave me a plate but I asked her for a bow now I told her that if she know all the add-ons from the app she didn't even know she just had an attitude she said well pick whatever you like I said well don't you know the actual bowl that has all the add-ons on it and I told her I'm surprised that she doesn't know but the other sweetgreen knows the add ons. and she had an attitude. She made a mess on my bowl. So I'm not coming to this place anymore I rather go to the 52nd Street because they know exactly which add-ons are on it
