I work near the area and I like the salads. The employees are not friendly at all. The salad portion is very small, the protein is always old, the taste is terrible. I really don't recommend this place to eat salad. They should focus on making sure everything is fresh and the staff is more professional.

If you order online, you'll only receive half the portion, and it's definitely not worth it. Numerous reviews have mentioned the same issue. There are only two small pieces of very dry chicken, which seems to have been sitting on the shelf all day. It's a shame that such a big company provides such poor quality products. The service is also very poor. I won't be making a purchase there again.

Something is up with this location. I used to work near the broadway location and always ordered pickup and food was great. My new job is near this location. Ordered once and found a hair in my food and they definitely did not follow my instructions of heaving dressing like i normally get. Was very dry. Disappointed with this location

Amazing service! I was just there today and there was a hornet in my salad (which I am allergic to). Komi helped to get rid of the hornet AND made me a new salad after it had landed in the bowl. He did all of this without me asking him to — just out of kindness. The staff here is always so nice.

Yummy and healthy food, but pick up orders are never on time. Edit: went into the store to order and asked for dressing on the side but they said they can only do that for online orders. Is that true?
