At Matchaful on Christopher Street, the atmosphere is great! I love the staff, they're incredibly friendly and helpful. I've been here a few times over the last three weeks and I've tried a few items- cold foam matcha is my favorite! The earth glow latte is delicious!! Love the omakase strawberry muffin and walnut banana bread too. This space is great- 5 stars!!

The ice cream (matcha and taro) was delicious!! It’s a lot of ice cream but decent amount for the price you pay! Loved the atmosphere and interior. I’d plan to take it to go, there aren’t many seating available at this location.

Love everything from Matchaful. So glad to see a new location. This one has a very zen interior design vibe. The drinks, baked goods and soft serve are so incredible and nourishing at the same time. Super high quality treats!! After having their desserts, I can't be bothered with any other matcha places (like the new one at LES that uses cheap simple syrup) that has refined sugar in their drinks or ice cream anymore!

At the new Matchaful in the west village at 87 Christopher St, just East of Bleecker St, in a nice area, I tried the Zen soft serve, and the cinnamon bun. Both were excellent, with very natural and high quality ingredients. The cinnamon bun is from Knead Love bakery that I often buy from at the Union Square Greenmarket, and is among the most impressive and innovative new bakers in NY with locally sourced ingredients, that are often gluten-free, yet whole grain and locally milled, and often using an extra natural Ceylon cinnamon and Raaka bean to bar locally made chocolate. The atmosphere inside Matchaful inside was serene, and the staff very helpful and friendly, and the other selections of baked goods, cereals, soups, and teas, were all very impressive, with the natural, healthy ingredients listed.
