The vegan donuts were amazing! The matcha 🍵 was delicious and service was friendly and attentive. The place just may vibe chill and relax. Definitely a place to visit during a trip to NY

Beautiful spot with top notch service and delicious energizing drinks. This is the most I’ve ever paid for a matcha latte, but well worth it in my opinion. I got the Earth Glow and it was so grounding! Would get again and would recommend.

What I liked: We ordered frozen matcha with oat milk and indigo glow matcha, also desserts and then bought some more dessert and kombucha to go. I have to say both matcha teas were just perfect, very very good! The matcha brownie was absolutely stunning, we had to even get another piece as a take away! The whole concept and the interior is very nice, liked the simple and clean design! What I didnt like: The Carrot keay donut was unfortunately a disappoitment, we had like two bites and didnt finish because it wasnt sweet at all and the taste was kinda bland. Didnt like the texture too. We also bought a can of kombucha which was good but we had to pay that one thing separately at a different register than the cakes and the matchas, which is kinda inconvinient. Also, the staff (young man behind the register where we paid for matchas and desserts) had kind of attitude and every time we were paying (cash) he saif he didnt have any change:)

Everybody is amazing and you can tell they put their heart at what they do - especially Courtney! The drinks always taste the same! I am so happy they brought the strawberry smoothie back: it is one of my favorites and it tasted even better than I remember: could you guys ship me this for the next two months? Lol. No doubt that Matchaful is one of my favorite places in the city, and one of the best things in this neighborhood. Coming for matcha (iced or hot) is one of my daily rituals! Also: try the oats - super friendly for your gut!!

matcha was really REALLY good for the price (my bf doesn’t like matcha but he enjoyed his drink), and the indoor seating was a blessing in this hot summer. i also picked up a few things for myself: two tins of matcha, sifter, and a spoon. after using a wooden spoon for so long, the spoon i bought is a miracle like i don’t have to scrub off the matcha off the spoon for like a hot minute anymore. and the sifter gets my powder so fineee. haven’t tried the powders yet, but i have no doubts about the taste since i already liked the drinks made by the lovely baristas at matchaful (hopefully i can make it just as good lmao)
