The best plant-based spot near Bryant Park to grab a nutritious meal while enjoying the aesthetics of the city. Le Botaniste has a few locations in town and this one is one of their larger spots. Lots of open seating for you to choose after you order your meal at the counter. They have a variety of plant-based options including seasonal menu items. I went with their Summer Noodle Salad which were wheat noodles over a bed of greens with avocado, peas, mushrooms, and other veggies topped with a ginger peanut sauce. Absolute hit if you're looking for a cold noodle dish for the summertime. The entire restaurant felt clean and well kept, making it a very comfortable experience.

Amazing plant-based restaurant. We had lunch, ordering the 3 half bowls (Tibetan Mama, Botanical Salad, Miso Magic) and a veg sushi between 2 people. Portions were great. Super healthy, lots of different flavours. Spacious and airy dining area. A little pricier than your average lunch, but worth the money.

Wonderful dining experience all around. Small, cozy spot, air conditioned, clean and brightly lit. Fast service, friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good beverage selection. Apparently has a restroom. The Tibetan Mama bowl was impressively delicious, summer roll was way too sour (just one strong taste and no balance). Love the fact it’s very healthy vegetarian food while absolutely tasty. Not loud either, good place to have casual chats.

Always a fave when in the Bryant park area! The food is light & fresh & the service is always top notch! I usually do a build my own bowl because they don’t have the summer bowl anymore! Le Botaniste, if you’re reading this, I need that to be a permanent menu item pleeeease! We don’t ever get wine but they have it and also a lot of great drink options. We love the lemonades and the shroom coffee they make!

Food is fine , flavor is bland but creativity counts. Staff are awesome and ultimately polite. A good place to go to detox , every once in a while . The best I tried was a black beans soup - very tasty , contrasting with the other dishes that just taste the same .
