See update below. Ordered for pickup. Got text it’d be ready at 4:22. At 4:25 I got there and the place was closed lights off and not a soul inside to tell me where my juices or refund was! Says online that they close at 4:45. I kinda get not taking orders 20 mins before close but they took my order and my money and told me what time to pick it up, so show me the juice!! Update: I wrote to customer service and they immediately refunded me and apologized and appreciated my taking the time to write to them so they can do a better job. I heart you, juice press!

Coming to this juice press actually makes my day every day. Gregory (who I believe is the manager) is the kindest man and provides such great service. I love juice press for its great selection of healthy food, but even more so for the hospitality coming from Gregory and the staff at this location. They are always smiling, helpful, and pleasant. I never want to get lunch anywhere else! I have sampled some off the menu flavors (chocolate mousse, peanut butter and jelly that are SO GOOD I hope they become actual menu items). It just really makes a difference grabbing lunch a few times a week and knowing you will come in to a warm welcome and positive atmosphere rather than other places where you are barely even greeted and trying to get you in and out as quick as possible. Love the staff, love the service, love the food!

Found the Juice Press after a tour of the Empire State Building. Was recommend the fountain of youth by the manager there which was great! Amazing customer service also.
