I ordered ahead via the Ritual app and didn't realize there were *2* juice presses near my office, and I'd gone to the wrong one. Rommel realized what had happened quickly and gave a call to the other store to let them know he was making my smoothie, which meant that I wasn't late to my next meeting for work. 5/5 for customer service. The food is good too—Always high quality ingredients that leave me feeling full when I can't take a lunch or dinner break.

Went here to get a smoothie. The person working told me she could not help me because she was unloading and just too busy. Too busy to help a customer who was planning to order 2 large smoothies is a terrible way to run your business. Get more help. 3:22 June 20th.

Buyer beware!!! Order at your own risk. I placed an order online. Went to the location to find out that the only associate there left for the day with no one to cover. $15 smoothie out of my pockets, into theirs, with nothing to show for it.

The location at the WTC claimed to be open at 8am but when I arrived at 8:57am. The gentleman told me we are closed, so I asked him what time do they open. He told me, we open early but I am opening up late. I was confused because he was at the register and the ropes were open. I then asked him, what time does he open or when would he be ready... his answer was " like I said we are open but I am not opening up until late. Very rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a peanut butter açaí bowl and it’s terrible. Can’t taste any peanut butter, watered down and not thick at all. Can’t believe I paid $15 for this.
