Clean convenient location. I go every single day for my protein shakes and the staff is nice. Leera, Emily, Gabe and Xavier are wonderful! I don’t understand all of the complaints…? Great service and delicious protein shakes.

Really horrible experience visiting Juice Press with an African American girl working there named Leera. Aggressive attitude and poor demeanor. She should be retrained if she is dealing with customers. You could feel her negative energy once you walk in and you could see the other associate in fear of her. I feel bad for him! She was very rude and mean. Really taken aback by her behavior.

I had a really great experience at this location leera was very polite and served me asap as there were alot of customers and she was multitasking but didn’t miss a single detail. Aileen get a grip 👎🏾

👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 if minus stars were possible This store has nice fit out but staff and service totally suck!!! I’ve had multiple acqi where the screw up the toppings forget to add requests THE WORST is the SLOW SERVICE !!!! Takes forever to get your order. I tried delivery and pick up same!!! Come on JP proved you charge up the service time game. Shouldn’t be waiting 40 minutes in store when there’s no one else there for an açaí & smoothie order. I’ve waited 1 hour I. There when there’s 3 orders being made (1 item per order). There was an amazi g employee she doesn’t seem to be there anymore. She was incredible, excellent customer service, smart and fast. She had face piercings and face tats super efficient. Now it’s the SloMo crew. No eye contact make one thing at a time and often the store has 1 miserable person. Juice press do better!!! Why is your staff so disgruntled, up the moral and training!!! I was so excited for this store to open. Now I go there out of desperation and have started to walk to juice generation on park @ 32nd I get my order pleasant service and back in less time than it takes at Juice Press with miserable employees. Lived in the area 15 years and we need a store like this but what a disappointing disastor

Juice is good. But I got their burrito and I feel robbed. It's 11$ but it's the size of 3- 4 fingers. Cmon...
