I love juice press and order from them weekly, multiple times a week. But in the past few weeks my order has arrived completely wrong with no notice, and cannot get anyone on the phone to correct it or get a refund or credit or anything. I received a credit days later from customer service and the code doesnt work and now cannot get in touch with anyone again. This is sad but I may have to switch juice source as I count on this for my meal management.

I’ve been coming to this Juice Press for over five years now! There have been numerous changes to the menu over that timeframe, and the changes have all been for the better. I try to convert my coworkers to Juice Press. When two of my work buddies came down with a cold, I bought them the “Volcano”, the spicy juice that has cayenne pepper and ginger. Both of my coworkers said the juice made them feel much better. The healing power of their juices is strong. Whenever I have inflammation in my joints, I drink the juices with leafy greens like kale and Swiss chard and my body responds well. And their meals are healthy and delicious! I particularly like the meals they’ve just introduced that come in jars. The Asian noodles and the Middle Eastern dish are both excellent. You really can’t go wrong with any choice you make at Juice Press.

I would highly recommend not coming here. I visited this location looking forward to getting a smoothie and was not acknowledged for 15 minutes. I was the only person inside the store, it was painfully awkward and it felt intentional. so honestly should’ve just left and regret buying anything. There were two employees working and they were discussing personal matters that I felt as if I was intruding on their conversation. I totally can understand that working in the service industry can be a drag, however I approach all interactions, particularly as a customer in an environment like this one, with a friendly attitude and this interaction honestly ruined my afternoon. Would highly recommend supporting any of the other surrounding businesses in the neighborhood.

Great little spot that I used to go to since they were open, awhile ago. These days this place is hiring people who are absolutely not fit for hospitality industry. I don’t want to go there because people who supposedly say hi, answer your questions if you are not sure about some food or need help- they literally are bothered that you even walked in. When I asked one guy if they have certain soup, he didn’t even know, he was on his phone, too busy focusing on whatever he was reading. I asked if they have a lentil soup- he looked around to find out , for some time, as I distracted him, said no actually they don’t. In reality there was bunch of lentil soups w other veggies in the fridge. I didn’t know as in the past they had a fresh warm lentil soup they would serve. So, I left but I was so shocked that employee had no idea about what they have or not. And maybe they never had proper training how to work in hospitality industry. Just crazy. And they don’t see you or greet you at all.

Visiting Newyork,On my way to work , I decided to visit this place . I tought it look like a fast food and I was hesitating to enter . That would had be a big mistake. Loves everything in this place , I bought tones of everything to bring to the team , asked for a custom made chock milk shake and I got it best than ever , Cool thing , you can earn points each dollars spent and can redeem them immediately, to get desserts or waterbed the amount allows you to get . Back in paris I still dreaming of the falafel / houmous green roll, so crispy and healthy... super good . The juices , the mushroom pasta was the best ever even cold , The chia pudding , the shots Vulcano and coffees was the best ever . I can’t wait to try the blu spirulina I bought to add blu to my smoothies ... Everything super fresh super clean raw and plant based ..heaven An emergency visit to this place Soon I will be back in Newyork . Keep going I love it !! Bémol/ looks too low profile for such good quality happy foods
