I am writing to share a positive experience I had at the 1633 Broadway location in Manhattan. Although I had mistakenly placed my online smoothie order at the Columbus Circle location, the employee Gregory went above and beyond by preparing my order on-site, saving me a trip across town. Gregory's initiative and commitment to customer service exemplifies the high standards I've come to expect from Juice Press.
