No one showed up after 10+min, I wish JP came up with a better way to communicate with customers (also worth mentioning that there is only 1person working in this location, so makes sense they are not there 100% of the time)

Extremely unfriendly and emotionless staff. Never addressed me, wearing headphones, continued to ignore me while I stared at him and waited for him to acknowledge me. The *only* words he uttered were “clean green” once the smoothie preparation was complete. Then went straight back to his phone. Service doesn’t get much worse than this. Visited 1/28/24 12:30pm. This is a pattern and not a one-time occurrence..

Friendly and helpful customer service. I recently moved to an office in the neighborhood and was suffering from a sore throat and stuffy nose. I ran into Juice Press and said I need help, some sort of cold buster, and one of the cashiers/attendants suggested three options for me and noted his top pick. He was really knowledgeable about the ingredients and their effects. I purchased the recommended "Ginger Fireball" and an hour later, could not be more pleased. It is helping in the way he described. Great product, great experience. Thank you, Juice press. I highly recommend a visit if you're in the mood for a juice, shot, or smoothie - weather it be for health, medicinal or enjoyment purposes. The flavor combinations seem excellent and the quality is great. As a Juice Generation regular, I must say that Juice Press surpassed my expectations and I will definitely be going back.
