Absolutely fantastic Indian whole food (prepared using Ayurvedic principles) in a casual but classy venue served by the most patient wait staff who are happy to talk through ingredients and dietary requirements etc. We're lucky we arrived just as they opened as the restaurant filled up really quickly with an eclectic group of people. However they continued to serve with a smile patiently getting meals to tables without long wait times. We found the food to be really light to eat, yet flavourful. We washed our meals down with the Fresh Ginger and Ayurvedic teas which were great for the rainy spring weather of NYC. We finished with the pistachio nut fudge which were perfect bite sized nuggets of nutty goodness!

I’ve been visiting Divyas now for 6 years and love both the food and friendly service. The best dish hands down is the vegan lasagna (make sure to get extra cranberry sauce!), along with the green soup and rose chocolate mousse!

This place is amazing! I loved the food and the concept of this restaurant. I had the mung bean soup, which tastes just like the daal my mom makes at home. I also had the ginger limeade which tasted very fresh. If you are looking for cuisine that is healthy and refreshing, then I highly recommend this place. Great option for vegan and vegetarians! The staff was also very friendly, and it was a very calming environment. I brought my laptop to get some work done and they had free wifi. I will definitely be returning again - thank you Divya’s!

All the way downtown, worth a trip. The atmosphere is very serene, comfortable chairs not too close. The menu has a lot of choices, healthy vegetarian options. Loved the ginger tea. The eg lasagna was very popular amongst most customers. The prices are good for manhattan restaurants. The food is is very tasty.

I love this place so much, It’s become a regularly frequented restaurant for me :) Food is always great especially being a girly with dietary restrictions. But, the welcoming servers and very laid back ambiance is what keeps me coming back!! Definitely recommend 10/10
