This is one of my favorite Cha Cha Matcha locations—it’s smaller and less run-down than some of the others, and the staff are friendlier too. The matcha here is always excellent—no clumps or bitterness—and they offer a variety of milk options, including coconut, plus lots of delicious flavors. One downside is the seating area, which can be hard to enjoy because the door slams a lot. What I love most about Cha Cha Matcha is their branding—it’s so cool, consistent, and unique. They’ve done a great job creating fun and distinctive vibes compared to other matcha spots!

Given that this spot is known for its matcha, I had pretty high expectations, and my order lived up to them! I got the draft matcha latte, and it was perfect, absolutely delicious. My sister tried the purple drink, which tasted good but was way too sweet for her, so she couldn’t drink more than a few sips. The place is really cute, and the staff were alright. I’d definitely come back!

The matchas were good! I would get the strawberry match and the matcha with water again! The color was vibrant and it tasted creamy without being grassy.

Great location, super chic, very nice staff. Matcha tasted good but unfortunately wasn’t strong enough for me as I like which makes sense as to why the sign said no jitters :)

The shop is quite tiny. The MATCHA WAS DISGUISTING!!!!!! Worst matcha I’ve tried in NyC. It seemed like so poor quality matcha. I ordered matcha latte, it was basically just almond milk that’s it! It felt like they put green coloring inside to make it green. There was no taste of matcha not at all. I was so disappointed. Half of the cup was filled with ice… Never coming back again Never Ever.
