I went into Cha Cha not long before closing. The server Saida was very welcoming. She happily answered all my questions about matcha while making me a delicious latte with amazing art on top. She definitely turned me into a returning customer. 10/10

Great location raised the price of this simple Match ice cream. It's equivalent to 1,000 JPY. Too much overpriced, and they made a whole in the cup to give us less. I liked it but I won't buy this ice cream again. I would rather try this smoothie that my colleagues had next time.

I discovered Cha Cha Matcha in LA by chance, and since then, I’ve made it a point to visit their locations in different cities. I always order their matcha latte—it’s absolutely amazing! Definitely one of my go-to spots for matcha.

Small location. Nice I decor with a couple seating spots. Service was fast. Had the Purple Drink with a shot of matcha. Delicious. They also have a section with merch. If it’s a hot day come in here they have the AC always strong.
