I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch—I'm very particular, so I even disinfected, and there was barely anything left to pick up. I felt completely comfortable walking around the room. The mini fridge and counters were fully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and beverages, which was a really nice touch. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful with elegant gold accents that created such a soothing atmosphere. My favorite feature was the rainfall shower—perfect for two, especially if you're visiting as a couple like I did. On top of that, the receptionist was super welcoming and friendly. We initially had a queen-size bed, but when she saw me come in with my husband, she kindly upgraded us to a king bed with no hassle. That level of service really made our stay even better. Overall, an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it!

This was the hotel I chose to celebrate a milestone birthday. I booked a room for two nights and I booked second room for family members. We checked in at 3:15pm and put a Do Not Disturb sign on our door at 4:45pm when we left to go out for dinner. Later that night, I learned that a friend had arranged with the hotel in advance to surprise me with a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board on arrival. They were disappointed no such thing happened. The hotel did not have the surprise waiting for me on arrival or even shortly after we checked in, as we were there for an hour and a half before heading out. If they didn't want to bother us because of the sign on the door, then they could have left a note on the door for me to see someone at the front desk OR left a message on the room phone. But nothing. When we said how disappointed with the service we were, they didn't offer any solution whatsoever to make it right. This is the opposite of hospitality. As for the room: the bathroom sink doesn't drain, the walls are scuffed and chipped. My birthday would been more special if this hotel was managed and maintained properly. Would not recommend.

I have never felt more disrespected and disgusted in my life by an establishment. I was denied service due to my size I am 220 pounds I have recently been on a health kick and I have lost 20 pounds in the last two months. I was out for a friend’s birthday having a great time. And was told at the door I can not get in because I am too big I was walking in with 8 beautiful girls including myself and I have never been treated so inhuman by people. If you are a little over weight I would never recommend this place in my life. The men at the door are bigger than me I would even say 2x. I had been there previously with no problem but this this is unexpected. I would hope none of their family members will ever experience this treatment.

Really enjoyed our stay at 11 Howard. Rooms were clean. Staff was courteous and willing to help. Location was easy to access canal st and soho. Shower and bath products from grown alchemist were a big plus! Edit: they charged me for minibar items I did not touch. Called and received a refund but removing a star for this unethical behavior.

We loved the location and how modern this hotel was! It missed the mark on feeling like a 5-star experience so if you are looking for the higher level of service you should stay elsewhere BUT if you want a modern and beautiful hotel in the heart of Soho and walkable to all of the awesome restaurants in the surrounding areas then this is a great home base.
